About Us

Organization Information

Birthday Kingdom was born out of a shared experience among a group of disabled Americans who understand the profound challenges of isolation, depression, and the daily fight for survival. Founded in McDonough County, Illinois, by individuals who have faced life-threatening illnesses, undergone experimental surgeries, and dealt with chronic pain, we know what it means to feel alone. But we also know the power of community, kindness, and connection.
Our Mission:

At Birthday Kingdom, our mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure that no one feels alone on their birthday—or any day. We believe that everyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances, deserves to be celebrated and cared for. Our aim is to create a supportive community where people can come together, share their struggles, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone.
